My iPhone has an issue

My iPhone's microphone is stuck on mute, when I call someone or they call me, I can't press the speaker button, it's greyed out and I cant hear whoever is calling me and they can't hear me, another example of this is when I take a video, there is no audio and the mute/unmute button is also greyed out.

please help me with this issue

Microphone on I Phone 12 Pro not working / mutes me! Microphone cuts out and I am suddenly muted (caller cannot hear my voice at all, but I can hear theirs). I have to hang up and make the call again. Happens every day and has been ongoing for about 8 weeks. Restarting does not work.

Iphone 11 pro microphone issues Others cannot hear me on a video call when any amount of sound comes through on their end; they have to mute themselves whenever they want to be able to hear me. Is there any way to solve this or is this another apple mess up that is a factory issue??
