Itunes issues with windows 10.

I have two questions. I have been asked to change my administrator permissions, that I'm going crazy. It also asked me to change my apple itunes password, and not it won't take it. I am trying to move over some old songs, that have been renamed and have not had success with that either. It's frustrating being a first IPOD user to having it all messed up. What should I do. Can someone fix this?

What asked you to change admin permissions or to change your password? Did you respond to an email of some sort? See Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.
