I have two questions. I have been asked to change my administrator permissions, that I'm going crazy. It also asked me to change my apple itunes password, and not it won't take it. I am trying to move over some old songs, that have been renamed and have not had success with that either. It's frustrating being a first IPOD user to having it all messed up. What should I do. Can someone fix this?

I have a problem viewing videos. For a week now "Itunes" freezes after clicking "play movie" icon. The situation concerns the Windows 10 operating system. Does anyone know what the situation is caused by? Please just don't write that install or uninstall etc.
