AirPods flashing green light

So my left AirPod stopped working and the case has a flashing green light. I’ve tried to factory reset them but I can’t get the amber light to appear. Also, I have tried cleaning them, charging the case, checking the firmware, disconnecting and reconnecting. If anyone has any tip please let me know. Thanks!!

Hey Blinkzxz,

Thanks for posting your question in Apple Support Communities.

You may need to try placing both AirPods in the charging case with the lid closed and allow it to charge for 45mins. If they do not connect by then, you may need to contact Apple Support. You can do so by following this link: Contact Apple Support.

You can also follow the steps in this article: If your AirPods won't connect.

Best Wishes.
