Topic: iMessage enabling

Trying to send routine photo/video to friends on text to whom I text regularly. I get a "iMessage needs to be enabled" pop-up. WHY??

Why the heck doesn't the message tell, us HOW to do this?

How do I do it?

Why am i all of a sudden getting that message?

Is this to enable new Apple new forms of spying?

First, check to know whether you have an SMS plan enabled at least for One SMS with your carrier. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) the agency who issued the SIM to you

If your iPhone is used with a carrier not found in the wireless carrier articles, make sure you can send and receive international SMS. (One SMS Only)

4 Step Process --> Turn off and restart iMessage and FaceTime (The order/sequence is very important)

Go to Settings > Messages and turn off iMessage.
Go to Settings > FaceTime and turn off FaceTime.
Restart your device.
Turn iMessage and FaceTime back on (Watch the GIF hereunder)
