Tones not visible on my phone

The tones option is not visible on my phone. Nothing happens when I plug my phone into iTunes (no My Device so I have the option to choose what I show). No option under iTunes preferences either. My iphone is up to date (iOS 14.7.1).

Can someone help?

Download tones iPhone 14Pro I have had an ongoing issue, I can’t seem to download ringtones or alert tones. I just upgraded from a 12 Pro to a 14 Pro, same problem.
