MTP USB DEVICE ERROR 31

When I tried plugging in my iPhone 11 into my PC, I got this error message in Device Manager>Portable Device>MTP USB Device, " This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) ". I have tried updating the driver but not only does it says it is the latest driver, when I try to update manually, the only driver I can click on is 'MTP USB Device' and no 'Apple Phone'. I have tried going through steps found on Apple help and also going through DriverEasy to no avail.

My iPhone is running iOS 14.7.1 and iTunes is Version 12.11.4.15. I have tried connecting my iPhone to another computer and it works syncing to iTunes on there.
