There isn’t a profile downloaded option for me to click on
When I’m trying to download a profile, there is no ‘profile downloaded’ option. I followed the steps carefully but the main thing is there isn’t that option.

Were you able to download the profile from the third-party? You'll need to do this first before you will see "Profile Downloaded" or "Enroll in [org name]."
