I got an invoice from Apple Distribution International Apple Park Way Cupertino, California that says your ordered shipped, an MacBook Pro, I didn’t order, and shipped to someone else I don’t know. I figured it’s a scam. So what do I need to do about this? Do I need to change my Apple ID?

You don't need to change your Apple ID unless you logged into a link in the email.
Has your credit card been charged?
Send it to reportphising@apple.com
Then the email is a scam. Send the email as an attachment to a new email to the address muguy posted above.
I didn’t log in to any link in email and my credit card was not charged
