Why do I keep having a billing adress pop up every time I try and download an app? Even when its says none o still am not able to download an app. Why?

You cannot download or update apps until it's correct.
You need a valid payment method (a valid credit card with your name on it, issued by your bank)
Note: Updates and free apps are still free with a valid payment method.

This is so frustrating. I just want to download an app and it’s not letting me.
