Hi I need to update Rosetta for an Intel based app, I try to run the updater and gives me this message. I have Big Sur 11.5.1 with M1 2020. I tried to run the app without Rosetta and it doesn't work. Help please.

As I understand it, we do not elect to install Rosetta. It is automatically installed when it is needed. Apparently this is not happening for you??? What updater are you trying to install? Did Rosetta work for you before? If so, then I suspect that the problem is with the unnamed app. I suggest that you go to the app provider's web site and ask for assistance to determine exactly what is or is not happening.
