As I am currently under quarantine in my hotel, I am planning to receive the purchased iPhone using the delivery option. But I realized that when receiving the delivery they require my signature in person. Can I call them and confirm I am the purchaser so that they can leave the package at the hotel reception? Or do I have to request them to deliver the product after my quarantine stay in the hotel ends (will take approx 2 weeks)?

I just received an email informing me that a delivery could not be made as presumedly there was nobody home. We have been home all day and will be tomorrow as we are in Lockdown.
I tied to phone which made contact with the recorded message but failed a number of times to transfer the call to the designated number. Bad systems error for an IT company and bad PR.
Can we be assured that delivery will be made tomorrow?
