Hi! my macbook air shuts down on its own

Hi! my macbook air shuts down on its own. If that happens, I can only turn it own if I charge it. But when I checked the battery, it is 50%+. I also checked the battery health and it is normal. But I don't feel good about it and I am afraid my remedy could worsen it. What is the best way to check it if there is something wrong? Also,my mac is just less 11months old since I purchased it. I need help, please.

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Air with Apple Diagnostics if it reports battery related error.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

Apple Diagnostics reference codes - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, try to make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air before 1 year limited warranty is expired.

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
