i delete photos and vides on ipad and they gone on my iphone

If you click on the "Albums" tab in your "Photos" app, scroll down until you see the "Recently Deleted" folder, in there you can find all your photos you have deleted in the last 30 days. Select the photos you want to recover and click "Recover" int the bottom right.

Then they are gone forever. You can restore photos from your most recent backup of your device; a backup made to your computer.
