I just updated my Apple Watch & in the process it was backed up. After the software update I restored it from the backup, but now I can't see my voice memos anywhere... How can I find them?

Are they not on your iPhone? Look in the voice memo app.
Also make sure that Voice memo's are turned on iCloud.
From your iPhone>Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Voice Memo's>toggle on
