Apple Arcade subscription isn't working

Hi, im so stressed about these for the last few days. So the thing is, i was on Apple One Family Plan, it goes for like maybe a month now, everything was great, all services works normally (Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, and even the iCloud Storage Share). But these last few days something 'weird' happened, i CAN'T use the Apple Arcade on the AppStore like AT ALL. It told me to 'Subscribe' even tho i was already on a Apple One Family Plan. But i can still manage to play/open all of the games i have downloaded previously, but i CAN'T download anymore games from the Arcade, because it told me to subscribe with the blue button saying "Start Playing" (sometimes its "Try Free"), but when i clicked on those button it does NOTHING, it just blinked??? And all of the games from the arcade i've downloaded it shows a "GET" button, instead of "OPEN" in the Arcade. And i contacted the Apple Support of course, this is what i have done according to the advice from the Apple Advisor:

    • Reset all of the phone settings
    • Login - Logout Apple ID and Game Center
    • Restart the phone

But the result is nothing, it kept asking me to subscribe. I've texted with FOUR different advisor for abour 120++ minutes and it resolve nothing. I have the transcription right here. Even one of the advisor told me that the Apple Arcade services is ended first than the other services, she said its a billing problem. But i text my family plan organiser that there is nothing wrong with their Apple Arcade. i don't know which is which. Maybe i'm gonna attach some media below to show you what is really happening bellow. I don't know what to do, i don't think the problem is on my device. I even quit - join the family share but still nothing. Please tell me how to fix or what is happening, its just weird man. That 'blinked' thingies is just like some bug that no way Apple will let that happen. I don't wanna be scammed by Apple this way... Oh one more thing, i have no subscription goin when i joined the family sharing. Just ask me if you wanna know something, i just need help.
