Apple privaterelay not forwarding on e mails

Hi I use an app called AliExpress and notice the e mail is this privaterelay. I can’t change on there app because it wants to sent a verification to the privaterelay e mail . On settings I can see e mails should be forwarded to my proper usual e mail address but I’ve checked junk and bin and I’m not getting any e mails forwarded onto me . Can anyone help please
