What does it mean when a contact number says "main" instead of phone or mobile?

Recent call history showing two names or numbers Hi everyone. Anyone else having this issue. Started when I updated to ios16. Every time I make a call to one person or receive a call, it comes up with two contact names or even random phone numbers. These are not double up contacts either. ALL bank related contacts disappeared upon new phone upgrade. I mean ALL. For any contact with the letters b a n k all gone. ie food bank & coldwell BANKer. All other contacts came through ok. Any one have any ideas besides i got hacked?
