Exporting individual tracks/stems in iOS is this the ONLY way?

Long time Studio One user new to Garageband. Is there really on the one way to export your tracks / stems? Mute each track, save, rename, share, repeat??

Surely there is a more effecient way?

How do I rip a live concert as one track? I am hoping this is possible as it sure would make my next project easier. I have a whole bunch of Instant Live concerts on CD. Some of the shows suffer from some weird tracking and I want to go back and set the tracks at spots that flow better. In the past I've had to rip each track and paste them together to make one track. Is it possible in Music on my desktop to rip the CD as one track? Thank you in advance
