I am using BenQ w2700 (4K) projector to connect my apple tv 4K. It is work fine to sync 4K resolution in past half year. However, I found the apple tv no 4K resolution recently, even I have upgraded the firmware, reset and reboot. The apple tv 4K is work fine on connect my 2K monitor or 4K tv. It is fine sync to 4K resolution. Any suggest for my case ? Please adivse.

Are there any devices connected in between the Apple TV 4K and the projector (e.g. AV receiver, extender, switch)? Are they also 4K HDR/HDMI 2.0/HDCP 2.2 compliant?
Are you using HDMI 2.0/“Premium High Speed”/18 Gbps HDMI cables?
Have you tried resetting the video settings on Apple TV?
