App won’t airplay

- Availability of the Apple TV app on a smart TV, is a separate feature from AirPlay. It could be that one is supported and the other is not.
- What content are you trying to AirPlay? Some services/apps may not support AirPlay.
- AirPlay 2 requires that the AirPlay receiving device has been assigned to a named room for HomeKit/AirPlay. Add a HomeKit accessory to the Home app - Apple Support
