Samsung TV firmware update Apple TV app and airplay no longer work

I have a new QE50Q60A TV and since the firmware update 3 days ago the Apple TV + app no longer works, was working before. Cannot log in and videos won’t play. All other apps working perfectly fine. Help!

What happens when you launch the Apple TV app? Do you get an error message? What does it say?


Verify the TV Settings for AirPlay, that the update didn’t switch the setting to “Off”.

Try a cold reboot of the TV.

Contact Samsung Support if the issue persists.
