My vomax is not registering

I have recently moved abroad for work. My Apple Watch was registered my Voxmax while I was in the uk, the day I switched location, changed my SIM card, it stopped registering,

everything else is working fine..

The unfortunate thing is I have worked quite hard to build up my fitness regime, but although I still keep exercising, the vomax reading has completely stopped, so presumably not accounting for any headway…

if anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate any feedback..

also where I am there is not Apple support on hand..

Try Reset your fitness calibration data

From your iPhone>Watch>Privacy>Reset Fitness Calibration Data>Tap this

You will just get a confirmation box that tells you that your metrics will not be as good if you do this.

Tap confirm and do it. You will get nothing else, no confirmation but it is done.

Then go for a 20 minute outdoor run or walk using the workout app at your normal speed on a flat road/path etc

This will re-calibrate the watch.

The next time you do a workout that counts it should start to show your Vo2Max again, but not this time.
