Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
When I'm playing music on my desktop, sometimes I like to just have the artwork on display and that is all, so I Ctrl + click the small art icon up next to the volume slider and minimize the iTunes program. Now when I do this, the album art comes up blank.
The window that comes up, that would usually show the album art, is now blank. What gives? iTunes is up to date...

I rolled back to 12.11.3.17 and the problem is fixed :)

I don't know of a way to roll back the Microsoft Store version. You can uninstall it and then use a version direct from apple.com. You'll find download links to recent builds at the bottom of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates - Apple Community.

Not been long standing for myself and others in this thread. Problem just appeared with the latest update.
Thanks a lot for the link turingtest2, will try rolling back - my version was not the MS store version. Presume my entire library organisation can be maintained easily enough?

Yes, your library should be fine.

I have the same issue. An update to iTunes was issued via the Microsoft Store on 8/12 - I think this is a bug in this release.
Same issue here too.
Anybody know a way to download the previous version in the meantime while the bug is fixed?
