Using iTunes Version 12.9.4.104, and on homepage and all other pages the smaller images that should show the album artwork is greyed out. But if I click on an album the following page shows the correct artwork.
Using Lenovo laptop with Windows 10 Pro, all drivers etc should be up to date.
Any ideas?

I have several monitors, and changed my main monitor to 100% (recommended) scaling and the artwork came back immediately.
