ITunes Store Album Artwork

Hi, my ITunes store opens and the artwork across the page all shows including individual songs , but no artwork shows for the albums they are all grey. If you click on an album it then opens fine and you get the artwork but the ITunes main page the albums are all showing grey. Is there a setting I need to change please?

Why is my album art coming up blank when I click to display it? When I'm playing music on my desktop, sometimes I like to just have the artwork on display and that is all, so I Ctrl + click the small art icon up next to the volume slider and minimize the iTunes program. Now when I do this, the album art comes up blank. The window that comes up, that would usually show the album art, is now blank. What gives? iTunes is up to date...

Missing album art in iTunes store Under the header in the iTunes store it only shows gray squares, no album artwork. It's in 4 other areas scrolling down the page. Any solutions to this problem?

Re: iTunes Store Homepage - Artwork/Images not showing/greyed out Using iTunes Version 12.9.4.104, and on homepage and all other pages the smaller images that should show the album artwork is greyed out. But if I click on an album the following page shows the correct artwork. Using Lenovo laptop with Windows 10 Pro, all drivers etc should be up to date. Any ideas? Thank you!

Same issue here. Now I remember why I cringe whenever I have to use Apple software on Windows.
