3 mos trial of Apple TV Plus after Mac purchase

When I try to sign up from the device I received yesterday, I only get the 1 week offer

How do i access the 3 mos free trial I am eligible for?

For Macs, please remember to additionally sign in to the TV app (menu Account) with your Apple ID account. Without that step, you may not get to see the redeem button.
