Because I twice hung up on a Favorite when I was talking to someone else, now my iPhone 11 Pro won’t ring whenever she calls. How do I get it to ring again for her calls? It rings for calls from other numbers in my Contacts and silents rings from callers with no ID showing.

To get started, is this occurring when you have Do Not Disturb enabled? If so, let's ensure that the contact is still in your Favorites list using the steps listed in this link here: Use Contacts from the Phone app on iPhone - Apple Support
From there, ensure that 'Allow Calls From' is set to 'Favorites' in the Do Not Disturb settings as shown in this link here, and let us know if that helps: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Thank you for the steps! I'm very embarrassed to say the ringer volume was all the way down. I didn’t do that and don’t use Do Not Disturb. This happened once before and same thing, I forgot to check the ringer volume. Not sure why/how that happens.
