Voltage through chassis of MacBook pro

I would recommend the 3 prong adapter— so that it is grounded....

It used to be included with purchase, but not any more. The are Universal so any old one will work as well.

Yes, it is a good idea to have the computer (and its power adapter) examined by a knowledgeable technician.

It may also be worth noting that a multimeter with a high input impedance can show relatively high voltage values in similar cases. You could perhaps try a web search for something like 'appliance tingle' for further information.
