How do I Transfer data from watch that’s paired with another phone (wiped & returned on an insurance claim)?

Apple Watch data Hello, I got a new phone and when trying to transfer it from the existing phone the data was deleted from the watch. The data is still visible on my old cell phone. I’m wondering if there is a way to reclaim the data from the cell phone to the watch?

If you unpaired the watch from the other phone then you will have an icloud backup that you use to restore to your new phone;
