Brand new Apple TV flickering on and off
Just bought a brand new Apple TV. When watching it flicks on then off.

To get started, what kind of TV are you using? Does the same thing happen if you connect it with a different TV?
Also, are you using any other kinds of display adapters, or are you connected directly with just a single HDMI cable? Does the same happen with another HDMI cable or while connected to another HDMI port on the same TV?
You'll also want to make sure your TV is set up with the proper matching resolution as well: Set up your Apple TV
