Camera freeze on iPhone 12 Pro Max

I'm on my second iPhone 12 and just like my first one, a 12 the camera freezes most of the time whether on picture or video.

The shutter button does nothing as well as zoom or anything else. Close it out and sometimes it works and sometimes a couple of close and open and it will work.

I've hard reset which I shouldn't have to do on a few month old phone. I always run latest IOS.

Both phones have done this within a day or days new out of the box.

So I have well over 2G invested in the two phones.

This is not my first iPhone as I started with a 3 if I remember right. I have never had a problem like this.

I posted this before and got answers regarding a black screen and others said clear it out and restore on iTunes.

I really can't believe I am the only one out of millions having this problem.

I don't do games or have any weird apps on my phone that would make me think that was causing my freeze.

I don't know what to do. Do any of you?
