stuck on set up mac mini

Stuck on this screen. Right out of box, plugged and got no further

It's telling you to turn on the power of the keyboard and the mouse.

EDIT - You may have to charge each one for 30 minutes or so if they are discharged. Just plug them in to the Mac while it is turned on.
