three dot menu always present next to song title on Apple Music for MacOS

At some point recently, the desktop version of Apple Music began displaying the three-dot menu in the song title field. It's a bit of an annoyance; when double-clicking the menu header to resize the column, the dots end up covering song titles. Is there any way to make this go away? I certainly don't need the menu there because I know how to right-click.
