Red, Green, and Blue dots on screen

I recently noticed a small cloud of red, blue, and green dots on a portion of my screen. They're only noticeable on black or very dark backgrounds, but it's pretty worrying as I don't have the money for another LCD on a Macbook this new. I take care of it religiously, there's no reason for something like this to happen.

The dots persist through restarts and resets of the NVRAM, always in the same exact place. What is going on and how is Apple going to make it right?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5
