I was recently watching some movies on my iPad Pro and part of movie it has the character pointing a flashlight and laser in the camera. Obviously this makes my iPad screen bright for few seconds. Does the bright screen with laser in movies can damage iPad Pro screen? I’m running my brightness around 1/4 way.

I don't think so. I have never read anything about possible screen damage due to this.
