my phone is on Activation Lock, im trying to set up my apple watch to my new phone and i can not remember my old apple Id or password. please help and what are the following steps

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.

i got a new phone and trying to set up my apple watch, its asking for my old apple id and password and i forgot it (its on the Activation Lock) screen
