I can't use my airpods for both ears at the same time
My airpods is working independently but when both on my ears then the sound continue to switch/jumping from right to left. I have unpaired/paired and fully charged but it's not helping.

It looks like you've had a chance to review If your left or right AirPod isn't working, which was a great step to take. It's also a good idea to make sure the iPhone they're paired with is running the latest iOS version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
