Although I've managed to block the Wall Street Journal from my Apple News feed, it is still appearing with the message "You blocked the Wall Street Journal. Show Story Anyway," on both my phone and ipad. If I want to see stories from the WSJ, I can look for them, but I don't want it in my feed at all. How do I stop getting these notices?

You are likely seeing this notification because special sections curated by Apple may still include the news from that page. The only way to avoid this would be to unfollow the curated section as well.
