black screen of death

I have an 8+ that has a blackscreen of death although phone is on. Tried hard reset still nothing after 20 or so attemps. Also phone not being recognized by ITunes. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Black screen of death Iphone XR only shows black screen of death. Hooked up to itunes and it recognized it for a moment, downloaded the software and then itunes tried to update phone. Saw the apple logo briefly then it stopped and would no longer show up in itunes. message came up saying it could not be restored. Was not drop or wet. Happened after this latest update.

Phone My phone glitched and went to a black screen with white loading wheel. I have tried every reset and shut off, and I tried plugging it into the computer to reset it but i need to allow access on the phone itself or itunes will not connect. What do i do?

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store and have it checked.
