Sometimes having restrictions enabled can limit your access to explicit content. This doesn't sound like the case for this specific issue, since you're able to access other explicit albums. However, it a good step to double check. You can navigate to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. If this feature is enabled, turn it off. If it's already turned off, there is a high possibly that the explicit version isn't available. You can check which content is available in you region by using this link here:
