Not receiving "Hide My Email" forwards

Is there another way to view these emails?


I originally signed up for an website using my Apple ID, but chose "Hide My Email". Now, wanting to make sure I receive emails (having seen none) from them/edit my personal information, I need my password, but cannot figure out what it is. To reset my password, they have to send a link to my email address - my "Hide My Email", i.e. xxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com.


  • I have checked my Inbox and Junk folders for my email account that it is supposed to forward to - no email
  • changed my forwarding email address and tried again (checking Inbox and Junk folders for new address) - still no email
  • I went into settings, checked "Apps Using Apple ID", clicked "Stopped Using Apple ID", re-signed in to the to-be-edited account using Apple ID and selected to share my email, but it still needs me to use my privaterelay email to reset my password


Is there anything else I can do to receive/view these emails?
