Missed call notification badge icon won’t go away from (recent call) iPhone X

I am recreating this questions SINCE APPLE has NOT answered us...

I have always experience such problem when the missed call badge icon won’t go away from my recent call.

It will only disappear until I have to make a call or wait for an incoming call. After I made a hard reset of the phone it will resolve the problem but after sometimes it happen again.

Can any help me to resolve this problem???

AND PLEASE - If you want to reply with RESTART, please see your way OUT of this conversation. WE REQUIRE a FIX that will last.
