Anyone know how to get an AirPod to work that has stopped working. Left works. Right doesn’t.

My right AirPod won’t work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled them multiple times. It isn’t damaged or hasn’t been wet…. It’s annoying and is like to fix it.

Hello beany129,

We understand that your right AirPod isn't working, and we'd like to help however we can.

Can you let us know more about what's going on with your right AirPod? For example, is it not playing any sound, or is something else going on?

If the right AirPod isn't working, there's some additional information and steps outlined on the following page that may be helpful: If your left or right AirPod isn't working

Take care!

beany129,

Thanks so much for following up with us.

Just to confirm, did you have a chance to go through the steps outlined in the article we provided in our previous reply? If so, did those steps seem to help improve the issue at all?

Which device are you using your AirPods with? If you use them with another device, does the same issue occur? Switch your AirPods to another device

If you use your AirPods with an iPhone, does adjusting the audio balance under Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Balance help? More about that here: Adjust audio and visual settings on iPhone

Thank you!
