I cannot add my printer HP 2060

To begin with, it may be a good idea to reset the printing system. Does the operating system offer a suitable driver to use?

If necessary, you could check whether the Dec 11, 2020 HP Printer Drivers v5.1 for macOS (https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US) package from Apple would change anything. Look for something like the HP Deskjet Ink Adv 2060 K110 2.3.2 driver mentioned in the referenced Printer and scanner drivers for Mac - Apple Support article.

If you click on Choose a different OS then select macOS you will see that this printer was

last supported in Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite which was released in 2014.

Have you just upgraded to macOS Big Sur, you are supposed to check that any third party software or hardware is

compatible with the new OS before you upgrade.

Which OS did you upgrade from, if you were using a newer OS than Mac OS X Yosemite then you have been lucky it has continued to work. From macOS Catalina 10.15 onwards macs no longer run 32bit apps or extensions and this will include

printer drivers so this could be the issue here as well.

Please note that the Dec 11, 2020 download from Apple (link in my previous message) has been known to work with Big Sur in a number of other cases, so you may want to try it. Make sure that backup copies have been made of all important files (documents, photos, et cetera) before you test drivers.
