A bit confused about iCloud

Hello,

A bit confussion about my iCloud storage. It says i have 50GB storage as it looks like on the first picture but when am going to change the plan it says the 5GB its the default one as it is on the second picture. Just to be clear i don't pay anything about the 50GB plan as i looked on my bank account. Any help or someone to clarify what is going on? Thanks

Hello nikolas250,

Based on your post it appears you're running into an issue with your iCloud storage.

Just to confirm, are you running iOS 14.7.1?

If so, what happens when you select the 50GB a month subscription? Can you make the change using the window you have displayed above?

Lastly, does this appear to be the case while checking any other iOS device?

Does the storage amount check out when signing into the iCloud website using a browser?

Keep us updated.

Cheers!

Hello Dave_G1

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, my device is running iOS 14.7.1 and if I select the 50GB subscription I will have to purchase it. That is what I don't get, its already 50GB but I don't use 50GB?

Unfortunately, I don't own any other iOS device as my MacBook has broken.

I logged on to the iCloud website on a Windows pc and it's the same there too, 50GB plan.

I Am confused as if I was paying the subscription I would get an email receipt of 0.99€ but I don't.

Cheers!
