Disabled phone

My iPhone is disabled and it says to connect to iTunes but I already remeoved it from my account and it’s still disabled. How can I disable it?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
