Frozen screen

While on a call my iPhone XR screen goes black and I can not get it to open I tap the screen and it stays black,will not do anything.

Why does my IPhone 13 Pro Max get a black screen while I’m on the phone and while it does not end my call, it is unresponsive for anything else? When on the phone, my screen goes black and will not respond for any other use. It seems to come and go on its own. How do I fix this?

Iphone 13 Pro Max Black screen & Freeze While calling Iphone 13 pro max black screen and freeze issue while calling near ear and it wont do anything the only thing can do is Press Volume Up Botton and screen unlocker to show the three options -—shutdown —Calling emergency —Cancel when i press each of them doesn’t do anything anyone Have same problem what is it and how to fix it ?
