I'm writing this in August 2021. I bought this iPhone SE 2020 in October 2020.
And now battery health is just 87%.
I don't use this phone extensively like, gaming.
Plus it doesn't last even half a day with a full charge.
Please help. This I never expected before buying my first apple product. Now I regret it.

Depending on usage, that is a little low, but not too unusual. Generally, Apple will replace the battery under warranty if the battery health falls below 80% during the first year. See this for some charging tips:

Never use iPhone while charging it cause stress on battery, this may cause the battery last long . And remember not to use third party iPhone cable to charge your iPhone
“use always certificated cable or apple cables from the store.
” Use low power mode to last long”
