Family Calendar no longer available for non-owner in family group

My wife and I have been using the shared Family calendar for years. Yesterday, it disappeared from the Calendar app on all of her devices (iPhone SE 2nd gen and iMac OS Sierra). It seems to have coincided with her updating her phone's IOS, but that really doesn't explain why its been dropped from her Mac, too. I have verified that we are both logged into iCloud and I am using my wife's correct Apple ID. The calendar is not just hidden - it is not in the list of available calendars at all. All other aspects of Family Sharing seem to be working, just not the Calendar.

As a follow up to this issue, it turns out that there was an invitation to share the calendar that had been deleted/broken. I can't confirm it, but I think it was the IOS update that broke the relationship. FYI The setting is found on the family organizer's phone under Settings > Calendar > Accounts > iCloud > Family Sharing. From there you can Add Member to re-invite the other family member(s). It took two Apple Care reps, a call back after more research and a total of more than 2.5 hours on the phone to resolve, so I think it must be something new.
