I have upgrade from High Sierra to Mojave and I can't update Final Cut Pro to the latest Mojave compatible version?

I have upgrade from High Sierra to Mojave and I can't update Final Cut Pro to the latest Mojave compatible version?

I have the latest Mojave 10.14.6 osx system and currently I have the Final Cut Pro 10.4.6 / Compressor 4.4.4 and Motion 5.4.3. Why the AppStore won't let me update my apps to the latest compatible version for the Mojave system?? So weird.
